CAFB dinner - Aviation sector to grow in Mideast

Middle East is expected to double its air traffic in the next decade as it moves towards dominating the aviation sector. Speaking at the event organised by Bahraini French Business Club, Airbus Middle East Vice President and Managing Director Fouad Attar said that the Middle East is viewed as the centre of the world, therefore, its location gives it a great advantage over other regions to dominate the aviation sector. “The air traffic in the Middle East will double in the next ten years. Middle East is already doing very well in the aviation sector and it is going to be the hub of this sector. I see a bright future for aviation sector in the Middle East,” he added.
